I would like to recommend Mr. Michael Pennington as a very professional, well trained knowledgeable, and appropriate practicing physical therapist.  I have know him for many years and have worked with him in the Grants Pass area for several years prior to his moving to Ashland, Oregon for professional reasons.  I have supported his former practice at Precise Touch Physical Therapy in Grants Pass as medical director and was quite intimately involved in his practice here.  He personally treated a back condition which I had and I can say hands on that he is quite proficient and knowledgeable in his field.
