I'm an eighty-five year old gentleman in very good health.  About two years ago I began having muscular problems for no apparent reason.  My primary care physician recommended I see a neurologist.  Naturally I did and had an MRI made of my spine to see if all the pain in abdominal muscles, chest muscles, and back muscles (which by now were hurting badly with occasional very sharp jolts of pain) was possibly caused by some impingement in my spinal column.  Everything looked normal and the suggestion was made that I see a physical therapist.  My nutritionist doctor whose advice I regularly seek, suggested I see Michael Pennington.  On a scale of 0 to 10 my pain level was 10, the highest.  I had been taking two Tylenol tablets every night just to help me fall asleep, and more during the day.  After a preliminary exam, Michael told me he had a never seen anyone whose entire muscular system was a tight and stressed as mine!  He started me on an exercise program on specialized equipment and with hands-on manipulations, also follow-up exercises to do at home. Two days and three sessions later I no longer needed any Tylenol tablets!  After six sessions with Michael my pain level had dropped to 5!  At the end of ten sessions the pain level was reduced to zero!  You have no idea how great I felt to be "pain free" after two years of agony.  Michael Pennington stressed that to maintain my pain free body I must continue exercising. Michael will be the first person I will call if any pain even slightly manages to invade my body.
